Valentine's Day

For Valentine's Day Jared and I were able to go and stay at a hotel for the weekend! It was a lot of fun to get away and do something a little out of the ordinary. So much of our time together the past few months have revolved around Jared in school and me working that it was really nice to do something a little more spontaneous. We ended up staying the whole weekend because Jared worked Friday night and had school Saturday, and I worked Sunday so there was really no good night where we were both off...Best to just stay all three nights, right??? Jen and the kids decorated our door with a heart attack....so cute!

For dinner Saturday night we decided to go to Iggy's....YUM!

We ended up celebrating Valentine's Day Sunday when I got home from work. We didn't have a kitchen so we microwaved Stouffer's lasagnas for dinner with caesar salad and dessert was...homemade chocolate fondue! It was so good! As you can tell, I am loving that chocolate covered banana.

This is the "Living Room" of our hotel. It was actually a huge room. That open area is where we played "Just Dance" for the wii. I feel sorry for our downstairs neighbors.
